He received a bachelor's degree in International Relations and the Far East at the Jewish University of Jerusalem. Later, he defended his master's degree in International Management at Boston University in Israel. From 1996 to 1998, he worked as an assistant to the Deputy Director General for Economic Affairs of theIsraeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs. After that, from 1998 to 2001 he was the first secre-tary of the Israeli Embassy in Singapore. Then, from 2001 to 2003, he was Israel's DeputyAmbassador to Cyprus. From 2003 to 2007, he worked as Deputy Director of the EurasiaDepartment at the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Subsequently, from 2007 to 2011,he was Deputy Ambassador of the State of Israel to India. From 2011 to 2014, he worked as director of economic relations with China and India. Since 2014, he has becomeIsrael's Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to Ukraine. He sent the co- pies ofthe accreditation to the Deputy Minister ofForeign Affairs of Ukraine, Danil Lubkivsky. On September 11th, 2014, he presented his credentials to the President of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko. In his capacity as ambassador, he spoke out against the annexation of Crimea, explaining that it is in contradiction with Israel's foreignpolicy. In addition, he presented the availability through which the Ukrainian military wounded in the war in Eastern Ukraine can benefit from the medical services provi-ded by the medical centers of the state of Israel.
