Emeritus professor, head of Master program at the Department of Electro-nuisand Computer Science. Author of more than 14 books and 220 articles in referredand special journals and conference proceedings (H-index-15), 7patents in the fields of indoor phased array antennas, the wireless communications and networks, opticalRI sensors applications in security and bio-medicine, prediction of the procures ofearthquake by use of the special radar systems - ionosondes, and in field ofintrinsic cancers earlier non-invasive diagnosis by use passive IR technologies.Professor was invited to the Faculty of Information Measurement andBiotechnical Systems to take part in research activities and give lectures to master'sstudents of the program Systems and Technologies for Digital HealthCare. Course oflectures includes the information about the usage of methods ofoptical, IR and radiotomography for earlier non-invasive diagnosis of intrinsic cancers, skin anomalous and cancers, as well as breast cancer.Nathan Blaunstein received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in radiophysics andelectronics from Tomsk University, Tomsk, Russia, in 1972 and 1976, respectively, and the Ph.D., D.Sc., and Professor degrees in radiophysics and electronics from Instituteof Geomagnetism, Ionosphere, and Radiowave Propagation (IZMIR), Academy of Science USSR, Moscow, Russia, in 1985 and 1991, respectively.
