Leviticus Cardio has developed a wireless power transfer technology called Coplanar Energy Transfer (CET) that, when combined with an existing Ventricular Assist Device (VAD), provides a comprehensive hybrid solution for patients with congestive heart failure. The Leviticus FiVAD™ system is wirelessly charged using an external belt and has an internal battery that lasts 6-8 hours, allowing patients to be free from external equipment for many hours per day.
