The company is called "Etgarim" and was founded in 1995 with the goal of empowering and socially integrating people with disabilities through challenging sports activities in nature. They offer 14 different sports activities and unique programs for people of all ages and disabilities. Their activities are proven to be effective in personal empowerment, self-confidence, and expanding abilities in all areas of life. They have over 250 locations throughout Israel, with 2,000 participants each week, and 1,400 volunteers. They offer programs for wounded veterans, victims of terror and trauma, and children and adults with physical, cognitive, communication, mental, and sensory disabilities.
